Pre-Cleaning
Dust, loose soil, and light foreign matter are removed using air separators and vibrating screens. This is a standard practice followed by us, leading peanut exporters in India.
De-Stoning & Density Separation
In this step heavy impurities are removed such as stones and mud clods by using gravity based equipment by supporting clean handling.
Size Grading
Peanuts are graded by count and screen size to achieve uniform kernels as per buyer specifications, serving requirements of groundnut wholesale buyers.
Manual Sorting
Trained inspectors remove visibly damaged, discolored, or broken kernels missed by machines, supporting quality needs of every peanut supplier.
Final Inspection
Each batch is checked before packing to confirm cleanliness, grade accuracy, and export readiness, reinforcing trust as an Indian peanut exporter.
Packaging & Dispatch
Processed and graded peanuts are hygienically packed using moisture-controlled, export-quality packaging to preserve freshness and shelf life. Each shipment is securely sealed, labeled, and prepared for safe storage and timely delivery to domestic and international buyers.
